Surgery Times

Morning surgeries are held between 09:00 - 11:00 by all doctors. Afternoon times vary according to the day of the week and the doctor. Please ask at reception for more details.

An evening emergency surgery is also held between 15:30 - 18:00 offering ten minute slots for single urgent medical problems.

Early morning (07:00 - 08:00) GP, Nurse and Blood test appointments are available on Tuesday mornings.  They must be booked in advance through reception or online.

Lunchtimes

The surgery is closed daily from 13:00 to 13:45 for essential administration tasks.

Outside of normal surgery hours, urgent medical cover is provided by IC24 on 0845 145 0121.

In an emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Training and Education Closures

The Practice will be closed on the following days in 2024 for training purposes:

  • Thursday 25.04.2024 from 12:30 to 18:30
  • Tuesday 09.07.2024 from 12:30 to 18:30
  • Wednesday 09.10.2024 from 12:30 to 18:30

Dispensary Opening Times

Monday to Friday  09:00 -13:00 and  14:00 -18:00

This allows the team to complete other daily duties enabling us to get your medication to you in a more timely manner. The team is be available should you have any queries.

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

  • Treat yourself at home
  • Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
