Repeat Prescriptions and Dispensary
We endeavour to process requests for repeat medication as quickly as possible. Generally, we try to do this within two working days, but this is not a guarantee.

We cannot accept requests by telephone.
Please put requests for repeat prescriptions in the surgery letterbox or fax them to 01798 343987
We can dispense your medicines direct from the surgery if you live more than a mile from Petworth. Our staff will give you further details.
The dispensary is open 8.30am - 1.00pm and 1.45 until 6.00pm
New Patients
Patients wishing to register with the practice are asked to come to the surgery, where reception staff are available to help. The practice does not accept patients living outside the practice area.
All new patients are asked to attend for a new patient check before registration is completed. A member of the nursing team will perform the check.
New patients may express a preference to see a particular doctor. This should be made known to the receptionist. Patients may be asked to see another healthcare professional if for any reason they cannot be seen by the doctor of their choice.
