Our aim is to provide a professional and efficient service to our patients, however if something has gone wrong and you wish to make a complaint you can either write to Sarah Newell, Practice Manager or ring the practice and ask to speak to her. Our complaints procedure is available on the website, or if you wish to have further advice and help with making a complaint you can contact Healthwatch West Sussex who are an Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service.
