Morning Surgery
9.00 - 11.00am (all doctors)
Appointments can be booked by telephoning the surgery or calling in person. Some can be made up to one month ahead. Some, for more urgent problems, are bookable on the morning of the surgery, preferably before 9.00am.
Afternoon Surgery
Times vary accordingly to the day of the week and the doctor. The receptionist will give you details.
Afternoon appointments can be arranged in the same way as morning ones; and can be booked up to one month ahead.
These sessions include some longer appointments for more time consuming problems eg family planning, cervical smears, maternity care and medical examinations.
Home Visits
If you are too ill to come to the surgery, a home visit can be requested by telephone.
A visit is at the discretion of the doctor. Telephone advice or a surgery consultation may be offered instead. Please telephone before 10.00am if a visit is required on that day. Provide as much information as possible when calling. This will help the doctor to allocate priority to home visits.
Please attend the surgery if possible.
